Terms & Conditions

• Cancellation policy: There is a 24 hour cancellation policy on all lessons. Any lessons cancelled after this will be charged at full price. Once lessons have been committed to on a weekly/ fortnightly basis, you will then sign up termly. (Payment plans are available).

• Social distancing: All lessons held at the studio will abide by strict social distancing measures. No parents are allowed in the building, hand sanitiser is provided on arrival, and students and teacher remain a minimum of 2 metres apart at all times.

  ONLINE T&C’S:

• Lessons will take place via Skype/ Zoom.

• A suitable device is needed for both video & audio at the same time (eg/ laptop or iPad).

• Students will need TWO devices, one to run Skype/ zoom off, and one to play music through.

• Lessons should take place in a neutral location eg/ a kitchen or bathroom, NOT the students bedroom.

• Good wifi connection is essential for a productive lesson.
